Pump Maintenance Consists of the Following:

  • Check all valves for operation and leakage

  • Remove and Lubricate controls

  • Check drive line bolts

  • Check controlled packing leakage

  • Check gauge calibration

  • Check oil level in auto lube assembly

  • Lubricate power transfer valve cylinder and power shift cylinder

  • Lubricate shift control valve

  • Change gear box oil and refill

  • Check individual drain lines from pump to multi-drain to ensure proper drainage and protection from freezing

  • Lubricate transfer valve mechanism on two stage pumps

  • Check all lighting, bulbs, lens, motors, reflectors, etc.

  • Check all compartment hinges, lights, locks, openers, etc.
