Pump Maintenance Consists of the Following:

Check all valves for operation and leakage
Remove and Lubricate controls
Check drive line bolts
Check controlled packing leakage
Check gauge calibration
Check oil level in auto lube assembly
Lubricate power transfer valve cylinder and power shift cylinder
Lubricate shift control valve
Change gear box oil and refill
Check individual drain lines from pump to multi-drain to ensure proper drainage and protection from freezing
Lubricate transfer valve mechanism on two stage pumps
Check all lighting, bulbs, lens, motors, reflectors, etc.
Check all compartment hinges, lights, locks, openers, etc.
